Direction Of Use
2) Wrap 1-2 layer at targeted area
3) Use transparent plastic wrap to secure the wrap
4) Use scotch tape to stick around the plastic wrap to ensure they are in place
5) Leave it on for 30-45 minutes
6) Remove wrap and massage essence into targeted area till it absorbed
7) Wipe off remaining essence (optional)
Recommend to use after shower.If not,use a warm moist towel to wipe the target
area after the Hot/Cold wrap.If you are using a massage cream,use the wrap after
using the massage cream.
